Our journey began in 2016, when our founder, Tate Leavitt, grew frustrated with the lack of high-quality permanent outdoor lighting options available on the market. Determined to find a better way, he set out to create a system that could withstand the harsh winters of Calgary, Alberta and enhance the aesthetic of any home.

Gemstone Lights 1.0

With the release of our initial “Gemstone Lights 1.0” system, we quickly established ourselves as leaders in the industry, thanks to our bluetooth controller that allowed for a wide range of custom colors and patterns. But we didn’t stop there. We are constantly striving to improve and evolve our products, introducing game-changing features such as dedicated 2800k warm white bulbs and the ability to control each light individually. These advancements have allowed us to offer a cloud-based hub controller that allows customers to control multiple Gemstone Lights products through one app, regardless of their location.
